We will come onsite, diagnose the issue and advise you as to what needs to be done. Hopefully we won't need any parts and we can fix your issue within the hour, but if we do need parts or if the resolution takes longer than an hour, we can supply you the quote on the spot. If we have the parts in stock, we will fix it the same day. A service representative will contact you to confirm the scheduling of your service call!

We will clean up any mess we made, install new high-quality silica sand and you should be good for another 5 years.

Our service trucks will fully be equipped with all products you need. No fuss no hassle!

Green pools are caused by low sanitation (chlorine) and poor circulation and filtration (turning the pump off). It is NOT because of phosphates in the water as others will lead you to believe. With our Green to Clean service you can be sure your pool is back to clean as fast as possible. This is a service that may require several trips to you pool and take a couple days.
Water balancing products are not included but we will send you a quote for the products and add them to the pool as part of this service. We will monitor the operation of the filter and backwash the filter when necessary.(please fill the pool as needed and backwash as necessary) Cartridge and DE filters will need to be cleaned after the algae bloom is gone and is not included in this service.

Salt cells that have a lot of scale or calcium build up can not effectively produce sanitizer and often create flow issues within the pool system. You should check your salt cell weekly to ensure that there are no problems and rinse off the plates as soon as you start to see scale formation. Every salt cell should be chemically cleaned at least once per season, usually after the pool has been closed.
